This project, situated on a prime 13-acre site near the Capital Beltway and Allentown Rd/Branch Ave corridor, aims to catalyze the revitalization of legacy communities in Central Prince George’s County, MD. The environmentally responsible, quasi-urban, pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development is projected to create approximately 200 jobs upon completion.
