Project Description

This project has been designed to catalyze the revitalization of the legacy communities located along the Allentown Rd and Branch Avenue corridor, in central Prince George’s County, MD. It is an environmentally responsible, quasi-urban pedestrian friendly, development of a 13 acre site.

This proposed mixed-use development project is located on prime property near the Capital Beltway, and the Branch Avenue|Allentown Rd corridor in Prince George's County Maryland. It is estimated that this project would create approximately 200 jobs when completed. The project is being developed through a joint venture with ARC Properties, Inc., and Velocity Capital, LLC.
